Had an amazing time staying here, everything is great! 🌟

this luxurious hotel was really impeccably clean. our room was lovely sized, with a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. the breakfast was savoury and delicious, except for the coffee, and the staff were ready to help. the personnel was really friendly and extremely friendly and we truly enjoyed elegant atmosphere - will be back.

The hotel has a charming ambiance, with extremely welcoming staff members who provide outstanding customer service. Its convenient location near the Old Town allows for easy access to a market and various major shops. it is just a short 10-minute walk from the Great Armoury.

Good location

Its meant to be "king room with patio view" there wasnt any patio neither patio view. I wasnt aware that its only air condition in room and windows r locked all the time. As an allergic as i am i cant use air conditioning so i had sleepless night. Also tv set is way too old and noisy. Didnt like the fact we had to wait for room to be ready for extra 30min and hen another 15 to get cot ro our room.. so instead check in at 2pm we waited till 3pm. Also its not fair that we have to check out at12 and we can check in only after 2. Weve spend rest of our hols (week) in 3 star hotel and i have to say it was much nicer experience over there

Stylish hotel in an incredible location in the venue's Mercato restaurant, the services were amazing. New-fashioned rooms with a great decor, amazing beds with hypoallergenic pillows. Location adjacent to the Old Town, the most important areas and the center.

The location is particularly good and magnificent, close to everything in the main downtown area. It's a short walk to the old town attractions, as well as the Solidarity Museum and WW2 museums, restaurants, bars, and sights. - the whole room was large and functional, equipped with a safe and a chair.

The room was reasonably large and had essential amenities like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns. the hotel had a great location, just a minute walk from Mariacka Street. - A magnificent restaurant, market, and shopping area were located next to the hotel.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton Gdansk. The hotel swimming pool and the saunas were nice! We were also able to use your gym couple of time. It could have had a bit more equipment, but was ok concidering the small size. Overall impression of the hotel was nice and clean& fairly quiet. Location close to the river is nice.

Too bad we did not get a riverside view... Intended to take some treatments at the spa/beuty salon. However, did not do so, because the prices were really high! Seemed that the prices were intended for tourists..high prices compared to the overall price level in Poland. Too bad! And no wonder it seemed quite quiet and empty there... Could there be a discount/lower prices for the hotel guests?

The staff were ready to help and gladly accommodated all our requests. the location was good and magnificent, for example, a large concert hall was not very far from the hotel. - It was walking distance to bars and restaurants.

friendly and helpful staff. Concierge could even get opera tickets for a sold-out performance. Efficient and forthcoming in every respect. Wonderful breakfast selection.

The rooms here are quiet, impressive with great harbor views, and the breakfast has a fantastic variety of food.
